This is my 5th lease with Nick Alexander and Daniel Fox. He reached out to me 4 months before my lease was over and offered to order me a car " just in case" we couldn't find anything when my lease was up. During those four months we looked off and on for something close to what I currently had, and nothing was even close. It was refreshing to find a salesperson who was proactive and on my side. Just like any other dealership, you'll have to prepare yourself and set aside at least a few hours. Unlike others, Alexander BMW was very professional, accommodating, and patient.
