With my recent lease, John Daley was my client manger and was pleasure to work with. John was very friendly, respectful, replied to emails and calls in a timely manner. John was one the most thorough managers I've worked with, and it was much appreciated!! Mark Lofstrom was my finance manger and he too was friendly, respectful and thorough. The only negative thing is the time it takes. I had an appointment, my car was ready to go and it still took over 2 hours to complete my transaction. More
