It was the smoothest transaction I have ever had buying a car. In addition, they have followed-up on several occasions to ensure I am enjoying the car! Amazing service even after they made the sale!! I highly recommend them. More
Just leased my 4th consecutive BMW from this dealership. The lease deal was better than other BMW dealers including Santa Monica, Pacific, New Century and North Hollywood. Got more than I expected for the price from very friendly sales staff. They personally delivered the car and took away my prior vehicle. Some of the very young sales people who I talked to early were wads, but when I called sales manager and told him of my history with the dealership, he assigned a sales person who knew how to treat a prior customer and close the deal quickly and efficiently. I exchanged emails with salesman Andy Park regarding the new BMW I wanted to buy, being specific from the beginning on every detail including the color and options. He said he has the car in stock. We agre new BMW I wanted to buy, being specific from the beginning on every detail including the color and options. He said he has the car in stock. We agreed over the price. He set up an appointment for me to come today at 6 PM and buy the car. This morning he even sent me an email to confirm I was coming. I answered yes, I am coming to buy the car. There should be no problems, right? Wrong. One hour before the appointment, Andy called me and said that the car I wanted was sold yesterday. I asked him why is he telling me this with one hour before our appointment? He said he is only supposed to do his due dilligence and look for someone's car 2 hours before the appointment. I asked him if he has another one, and he said he does. But he immediately added that the one he has has a metallic paint so it will be 550 dollars more expensive. I told him the car I wanted to buy had metallic paint, so there should be no increase in price. Andy said, yes, it's true, but he is sorry now because he has miscalculated the price when he sent me the emails. Really? How can that be? I have his emails with the detailed selling price, with the total price out the door confirmed twice. I have zero tolerance for BS and for dishonest people. I wish I can give minus 5 stars for this experience. Sergio More
There are so many words that could be used to describe the experience of trying to work with this dealership, the first of which would be duplicitous, followed by insulting, disrespectful, ignorant, conni the experience of trying to work with this dealership, the first of which would be duplicitous, followed by insulting, disrespectful, ignorant, conniving, badgering and incompetent. It was four days of the worst experience we have ever had in any business transaction. Clearly, they didn't know about the car that they all said was "perfect and reviewed by their top-notch dealership." As we tried to learn about the vehicle in what should have been an easy online purchase, we were given so many stories about condition and features of the car. All of their accounts were retracted as they kept passing us from one sales person to another in an attempt to cover-up mistakes that they made. It took several days before we learned that the car was "prematurely offered for sale." Although they agreed to honor the price, they did everything conceivable to foil the transaction until we finally had to withdraw from the purchase. It was extremely exasperating to hear endless rhetoric about "their quality" with high-pressure sales talk, and ignoring things like answering simple questions such as "was the car smoked in?" "how did the CarFax indicate one owner when two were listed?" "were the tires original?" and "can we have the car inspected at our own cost?" They finally agreed to allow an outside inspection that revealed that the tires that they put on the car were mounted with the treads going backwards, among other things. In the end, the maladies of the car could have been dealt with with more time and money but the same cannot be said of the sales "help." If you buy a used vehicle here, don't be pressured into believing that they know their product. Demand an outside evaluation. It will be money that is well-spent. More
I spent the weekend looking for a car online and found it Nick Alexander. I filled out a credit application online then called the Finance department directly. The finance guy said the car was there, and Nick Alexander. I filled out a credit application online then called the Finance department directly. The finance guy said the car was there, and that there wouldn't be a problem getting the loan done. We could do everything over the phone and he would call me back. Waited 3 hours, nothing- so I called and had to leave him a message. Waited another 3 hours, still nothing- called back again and he said they sold the car, and that a sales guy was supposed to call me back. Sales didn't call, finance didn't call, I wasted a Sunday sitting and waiting for what I thought was a done deal. These guys, at least in my experience (and the opinions of others here) pretty much suck. More

Ruben honored the basic terms I had agreed on w/ Danny last December and I just took delivery yesterday of a 2010 X5 - ordered exactly how I wanted and no unpleasant surprises. The order, delivery and orientation process with Ruben and his staff was very good - a special thanks to Serene Ford who spent 90 minutes going patiently through the car features with me. I would rate highly, recommend and return to Alexander BMW to work with Ruben for my future BMWs. POSTED MARCH 3, 2009: I am a current BMW owner and was referred to Alexander BMW by several previous customers. I placed an order with Daniel Fox on 12/19/08 for a new 2009 BMW X5 4.8 with a specific configuration. One week prior to the car arriving, Daniel attempted to change the price (higher, of course!) and I became frustrated. I considered cancelling the car and wrote an email to that effect. I later found out the car was simply sold to someone else at a higher price. I cannot imagine sending anyone whose time I respected there for a new car - amazed that others had a positive experience...must be a considerable difference between sales people. More
