I was reluctant to return here after a previous experience but went anyway and was glad I did. I went in to have a headlight replaced. When he went out to inspect the car, he came back and told me that he would have them to also replace my windshield wiper blades. He found that problem on his own based on the lines left on the windshield. Never has anyone noticed a problem that wasn't pointed out. Elan is awesome and highly recommended! More

Alexander was the last dealership we called and Julie heard us out about what we were looking for. Maybe it was just good timing or maybe she's amazing at her job but within 15 min on the phone she was able to locate our dream car at the port. We were surprised none of the other dealerships had been able to find it in their searches. She confirmed it had all the features that mattered most to us, confirmed it was our desired color palette, and she went out of her way to get us a great deal based on our history of loyalty to BMW. Most of all it was the efficiency and consistent communication at the time when we were making the decision that made her really stand out from the rest of dealers we had spoken to. She gave us a tour of the car and gave us a crash course on all the gadgets and technology. After our purchase she also followed up with us to answer additional questions.
