We had called all the other BMW dealerships in the LA area and no one had the car we wanted. Other dealerships were offering to import from other states or recommending for us to get it custom made. Alexander was the last dealership we called and Julie heard us out about what we were looking for. Maybe it was just good timing or maybe she's amazing at her job but within 15 min on the phone she was able to locate our dream car at the port. We were surprised none of the other dealerships had been able to find it in their searches. She confirmed it had all the features that mattered most to us, confirmed it was our desired color palette, and she went out of her way to get us a great deal based on our history of loyalty to BMW. Most of all it was the efficiency and consistent communication at the time when we were making the decision that made her really stand out from the rest of dealers we had spoken to. She gave us a tour of the car and gave us a crash course on all the gadgets and technology. After our purchase she also followed up with us to answer additional questions. Really couldn't have asked for better service and we're extremely happy with our new purchase! More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! All they care about is getting your money and not customer service. I ordered a EURO Delivery M3 from them and all went fine until the car was supposed to be shipped back. getting your money and not customer service. I ordered a EURO Delivery M3 from them and all went fine until the car was supposed to be shipped back. They shipped it to their Location in LA Instead of the Performance Center like i wanted, (I live in Miami). They then held the car for 2+ weeks before delivering the car to me. When it arrived the car had dents on the roof and did not have any plates or registration which i paid extra for. It took another 2+ weeks to get the plates and registration while my car sat in my warehouse and im paying the lease payments. To this day they refuse to cover the damages to my car or care about the fact they caused me to be with out a car for an extra month while paying for it since they made they mistake. They are Rude and care nothing for the customer. I am still in a legal battle. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUM!! More

Called Alex on the phone, he physically inspected the vehicle I was interested in to confirm options, and had the vehicle ready for test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership.
