Derek and Heather treated me really well, and the whole process, both return of my old BMW and lease of my new C5, went on really smoothly and pleasant. Great pre-owned purchase experience! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (non-BMW) from BMW of Crystal Lake and worked with Tyler and Derek. I drove the vehicle a few hundred miles a couple I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (non-BMW) from BMW of Crystal Lake and worked with Tyler and Derek. I drove the vehicle a few hundred miles a couple of days after the purchase and noticed a loud noise which was a bad front right wheel bearing. The repair was performed at a different dealer, and Derek agreed to work with me, and offer assistance on the repair. Good experience. More
