He led me through my questions about the safety features, Lease vs purchase options, car specifications, differences from my current vehicle, and performance data. He made it easy for me to understand. He also worked to get me the best price. So, all in all, I am very pleased with this, the second purchase I have made from the dealership. I should also mention that the service staff, though I rarely needed them, were responsive and accommodating of my schedule. More
