This high-tech diagnosis came after selling me a battery I didn't need, and replacing other parts that I asked not replace unless they were certain they could successfully fix the vehicle from the onset. While we all know that working on so many different vehicles is probably a great challenge for dealerships, they can make up for this complexity with good service. Here again, Anderson failed miserably. At one point, they gave me a loaner as they worked on my vehicle. After over two months of waiting, I finally took the bait, called, and asked them if they wanted their car back. They had forgotten about both my car, and the fact that I was driving one of their vehicles. Incompetent? Very possibly. A terrible customer experience? Most definitely. Go to this dealership at your own risk. More

Bob was friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. A choice was made and he would not even put me in the drivers seat until he had gotten in and showed me all of the amenities this car had to offer. Then we went for a test drive, and once again Bob made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I visited several other dealerships and certainly did not get the same treatment or good feeling. I returned to BMW and Bob welcomed me with open arms, yes I purchased the car! He even helped me purchase insurance immediately.
