As Clay would put it, It's been a Claytastic experience. Clay also made sure the lease experience was seamless from collecting the necessary paperwork to securing the best deal possible. Aatir went out of his way to prepare custom winter tires even during his sick leave period. This is customer service at its best I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's going for BMW in the region. in fact, even if you were not considering a BMW, you should go check it out because you may change your mind. Purchased new BMW from out of State - Clay made it easy! I was looking for a very specific car and finally found it at BMW of Cincinnati North. I was hesitant about buying a car site unseen and from out of s I was looking for a very specific car and finally found it at BMW of Cincinnati North. I was hesitant about buying a car site unseen and from out of state. I reached out online and received a response from Clay within a couple hours. He worked diligently to get me the best price for the car, keeping it within my budget. He knew I was hesitant about buying the car out of state, but immediately put my mind at ease. He informed me they ship cars all the time, and even arranged the shipping for me using the same company they use, at a minimum price! He quickly answered all of my questions, sometimes twice - always with a great sense of humor! He remained in contact with me throughout the entire process, and continues to check in with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with my car. He made this process easy and was wonderful to work with. I dreaded the entire 'car buying experience' at a dealership, but thanks to Clay, this time it was painless! Clay - thanks for your endless time and patience answering all of my questions and for your great sense of humor, keeping me laughing throughout!
