We hit a pot hole so big or deep th Your employees were very helpful. My complaint is why BMW sells cars with tires neither you or Paducah BMW stocks? We hit a pot hole so big or deep that it caused the sidewall to rupture. We drove about 10 miles to a convenient store, and called BMW roadside assistance. The closest help was one hour away. We called a local repair shop who was there in 20 minutes to put our spare on. One of those donut tires, that limits you to 50mph and short range. We had to drive 380 miles to get home. We had to spend the night while your dealership acquired a new front tire. While installing the new tire, your people spotted a nail in a rear tire. I was told run flat tires can not be patched, and that a new tire was required. Guess what, a rear tire was not in stock, so we drove 380 miles with a nail in the rear tire. We probably put 1000 miles on that tire with the nail in it, because we had a new roof put on our house months ago. We have ordered new tires from Paducah BMW which will be in next week. There is no one in our town, Union City, TN. that has the equipment to mount a run flat tire. Apparently the front and back tires are different sizes, so I can not buy one extra tire and wheel as a spare. More
