It felt as if he was family or a trusted friend heloing me navigate the purchase of my car, a beautiful Z3 Coupe, which being used, I had questions and reassurance it would be the right vehicle for me. Oh, and I was in Maryland trying to purchase tbe car! Igor was a true professional and delight to work with. He was both interested in making me feel sure kt was the right car, but also involved in the whole process.we spoke on a Friday evening, reconnected the next day and worked outa deal, flew into Cincinnati at 2pm and left dealershipby 4pm.! All seamless and in order. I walked out with a great deal, no pressure and a car I have wanted for a very long time. He even recommended places to drive to and followed up with me the following days to make sure I was satisfied. Needless to say I will do it again without hesitation next time I purchase my bext BMW. I made an appointment on Monday and got in Wednesday afternoon (I could have gotten in sooner, but that fit my schedule). There was an issue with trying to schedule my appointment online. I thought it was made on Sunday but there was a technical issue apparently. I assume that was a one-off issue, but will call to make appointments from now on. When I arrived, the service advisers were friendly and professional as usual. The technicians were able to complete my tire change as well as annual maintenance that I would have had to go back for the next month in ~2 hours while I did some work from the waiting room. Snacks and drinks in the waiting room and a good wi-fi signal were appreciated. I didn't need a loaner car because the service was relatively quick, but I got the impression it would have been somewhat difficult to get one. More
