Shaun has been our BMW go to guy ever since purchasing our new X5 from him back in 2005. It's been 8 years and it was time to trade in the old X5 and Shaun happened to be at the dealership on HIS day off our new X5 from him back in 2005. Shaun took some time that day and worked with my wife and I to get a deal on a newer BMW that we really wanted which took most of the afternoon. We've never had a bad experience with Shaun and look forward to working with him again in future years to come:) More

Greg was great in letting me know he had a prior commitment and passed along all of the details we had discussed to his co-worker. Brad Schultz picked up where Greg and I had left off. I honestly hate the entire process of buying a car, and Brad made it as easy as possible. No pressure, answered all the questions I had and showed me a few options to consider. I've been to quite a few dealerships through the years and this experience was top notch. There was no haggling over price because the car was priced great to begin with. When I am in the market for my next car, I have no hesitation about going back to Jake Sweeney BMW. More
This place is truly customer oriented. With all the positive purchasing experience aside, Peter really went above and beyond to take care of his customers. When he learned that I hadn't had breakfast and was starving, not only did he took me back and offered me employee meal, he also brought me to a side room where no one can see me eating. It's that level of consideration and attention to detail that really set him apart. The negotiation process was challenging but Peter was very fair and candid with the process. I did not feel cheated, intimidated or taken advantage of. Even though I paid a little more than I would've hoped (not necessarily more than other dealers), the service quality and the pleasant purchasing experience are well worth that little extra cash spent. Brad consulted with me to understand what was important and helped to steer me to my new 328i xdrive. I appreciated that in addition to offering new and pre-owned vehicles, that Jake Sweeney had purchase and lease options available on their loaner cars (nearly new from a mileage perspective and never titled) which ended up being the perfect option for me. I absolutely love the car and the experience in working with Jake Sweeney BMW and Brad was very professional, easy and pleasant from start to finish. More

Over the past several years I have worked with Shaun Sweeney on a couple of occasions (one purchase and most recently a lease) and he will always go above and beyond to address my needs (which are rather particular), He takes time to make sure I get exactly what I want at my price point...never pushy and always listens to even the most detailed needs. This dealership takes customer service to a whole new level and I know this sounds cheesy but you really walk out feeling like part of the family. The folks here want you to be happy and they make no bones about it. Tami in finance is wonderful, too. The service department is professional and do excellent work. As you can see I'm a Jake Sweeney BMW devotee. They will always have my business. More
My husband and I went to another BMW store before coming to Jake Sweeney. Our experience there was much to be desired. We met another couple in the parking lot and he told us about how great Jake Sweeney's to Jake Sweeney. Our experience there was much to be desired. We met another couple in the parking lot and he told us about how great Jake Sweeney's customer service is. They were only there to look at cars on the lot not to speak to anyone. So we made our way up to Jake Sweeney and met Shaun Sweeney who was great to work with. He was not pushy, he listened to what we had to say and bought a car. It was a simple as that. I had the car for 5 weeks when I had the unfortunate accident of getting a door ding. I called Shaun, he said bring it in and it was fixed within 40 minutes. This is the kind of service that I wish everyone would provide. I would not only by another car from them, I have referred a good friend to them. More
