Finally - A Great Car Buying Experience! Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying experience. I hate being treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars, I hate the game Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying experience. I hate being treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars, I hate the game playing and "good cop/bad cop" schtick with the price.... I hate it all. So when I stepped on the lot at Jake Sweeney BMW, my expectations were not very high to say the least. But from the moment Brad Schultz came and greeted me, I was immediately impressed. He put me at ease right away, and even better, he talked to me about the technical aspects of the car (engine specs, driving performance, etc.) rather than assuming I was just a girl who was looking for a "cute convertible." Needless to say, I drove away 24 hours later with the best 40th birthday present ever, and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend Brad and the Jake Sweeney BMW team for anyone who is in the market for a new car! More

Rob found the exact car I was shopping for as it was headed for the USA on the high seas. He kept me informed as to its arrival at the port and the date it was to arrive at the dealership. All this was accomplished by email and phone calls because we had never met face to face. On the date we were to pick up our new 5 series BMW my wife and I drove the 300 miles to Cincinnati. We were met by Rob and the rest of the friendly and knowledgeable staff of Jake Sweeney BMW. The car was spotlessly prepared for delivery and Rob was very patient in explaining the multitude of functions this car was capable of. Thanks again Rob Tobin and Jake Sweeney BMW. When we wanted to look into trading in and up, Jo worked with us via phone and e-mail to narrow down our search, then upon finding the right vehicle for us, she promptly set up an appointment for us to come in, check out the car and confirm the deal. When we arrived, Jo had everything ready to go upon our arrival to include a bow on the car, which my wife really appreciated - especially since it is her car. Once there, she got everything taken care of promptly, and then took all the time needed to ensure we understood how the car worked, and recommended coming back to meet with the "Genius" whom she introduced us to. I know Jo worked very hard to get us the best deal on our trade in, and for the best financing. I originally brought my 2007 328i I gave Jake Sweeney BMW a score of 5 because every aspect of my experience in buying my 2014 BMW 428xi was awesome! I originally brought my 2007 328i in for service, which, by the way, the service people are equally as awesome and trustworthy, but while there I noticed the 2 door 428xi. Chris Owens walked me over to the sales department where I was introduced to Rob Tobin, and the rest is history. Rob listened to me, found an exact match to what I was looking for, took his time and was patient with my questions and needs, and never pressured me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. Rob was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and made my experience down right fun! I love my new car and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Jake Sweeney BMW family. As a single female, I am confident that I was given a fair deal....no regrets! More

He was not only very knowledgeable, but in addition patient. (It was our first visit to a BMW Dealership.) We also felt he was very courteous. We spent a great deal of time with him that day and then left undecided. After visiting at least 3 other dealerships (none of which were BMW) I looked at the Jake Sweeney inventory online and spotted a pretty light blue 328i xdrive that caught my eye. I mentioned to my husband that I might stop by and take a look while out and about for work. My husband called Brad and mentioned that we might be by the next day but to my surprise when I arrived that day Brad had the vehicle pulled up near the entrance looking all shiny and clean. He immediately greeted me by name and said "I think that's the one you came to see." I was shocked at how he could know which one I was looking at (as I didn't know my husband had called him). I test drove the car that day and then my husband and I came back the next day to purchase it. We had visited, as mentioned, a GMC and a Ford dealership and had, quite honestly, a bad experience. We are looking forward to enjoying the BMW - most definitely - but Brad Schultz was a big part of the experience for us and he was the reason we came back to BMW. Thanks Brad! More

I had been to many dealerships and most knew little about the BMW X5 features and extras included in each package. Brad is extremely knowledgable about the X5 and patiently walked through all the features and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also understood my desire for the perfect car within my budget that satisfied my lead foot! Brad did a great job communicating with me before, during and after the sale of the vehicle. Great Customer Service Experience! We had a very positive experience with Jake Sweeney BMW. We were looking for something very hard to find which was a young X5 with very low miles. We looked at several dealerships in the Columbus area and online without any luck, and were amazed to find four such vehicles in the Jake Sweeney lot. Rob Tobin was very helpful and knowledgeable as we test drove multiple vehicles and ultimately selected the one we wanted. What was even more impressive was that rather than sending us off the lot the same day, Rob insisted on letting the dealership put it through a final inspection and detailing and driving it to our home in Columbus later in the week. Rob brought with him a tech specialist who was able to give me a personal tutorial of my new car while sitting in my driveway. Overall a great customer service experience! We highly recommend Jake Sweeney BMW. More

From website of Jake Sweeny BMW dealership in Cincinnati I printed a 1/2 off diagnostic light check coupon for $55.00(regular $110). I took that coupon to my local BMW. They honored the coupon charged me $55.00 for the diagnosis. They recommended replace the ARS valve which it will cost over $1500.00. I drove 100 mile on Saturday April 26, 2014 to Jake Sweeny BMW dealership in Cincinnati for second opinion. I gave them the 1/2 off diagnostic check coupon for $55.00 from their own website to the service advisor. I also showed Jake Sweeney service advisor the recommendation of the previous diagnose from my local BMW dealership. At the end, they charged me $184.72 because they said the coupon is only good for 0.8 hour. They billed me $184.72 for what the coupon called for $55.00. I called the service manager Mr Dave Godbey on Monday April 28, 2014. He said he will talk to his technician and call me back. I have called him several times and left him several massages. He has ignored my calls and massages. More
