He was very thorough and made me feel very important and valued as a customer. I want to point out that I had a appointman scheduled with another salesman on the day I bought my car. When I walked in for my scheduled appointment it was obvious that the initial sales person was not interested in my business. He was juggling another client at the same time of my appointment and it was obvious that he was more interested in their business than mine. He kept us waiting for long periods of time and when I didn’t have his attention he rushed us through each process. I was about to walk out when I instead asked if there was somebody else that could help us because he was obviously not interested. That’s when Harold came into our lives. Fortunately he did or we would have bought elsewhere. More

Benn coached me through a few choices and did not try to “up-sell” me. He truly took into consideration my life and helped me weigh my options clearly without any pressure.
