This is by far the most outrageous experience I can imagine with a dealer. They took your money for nothing , messed with contracts, kicked you around forever and who knows when you are gonna get it ba imagine with a dealer. We purchased a 2020 X3 on Dec 28th and just on Dec 30th we decided to cancel the maintenance ultimate care and wheel tire protection plans that we bought together. It turned out just recently that The contract for the MPU is flawed. First we didn't even have the original signed copy of the MPU contract and when on 30th we cancelled it, we asked for the signed copy and was told we probably not need it and the financial manager gave us a blank copy. It is clearly stated on the contract this should not be allowed so the contract was invalid the first time. Never mind, we still cancelled it and asked for the money back and was told to wait for another 4+ weeks. Now it's already March and I just found yesterday the company providing wheel and tire plan had just received the cancellation notice on Feb 28, after my visit to the dealer and asked the FM to look into it again. So it turned out that thru all these 60 days and several calls a few weeks ago, the FM had never really sent the notices or asked for any response from the service providers. We have our money on the finance constantly accruing interest and we wouldn't know If I had not bothered so much to see the FM in person. The FM made me believe that the MPU is provided similarly by a third party company and we have to wait for their responses. Guess what? This is just a blatant lie. It is the BMW NA and the dealer themselves! It is written plain and simple that the dealer is the party B on the contract providing the service and refund. And its stated clearly that refund from cancellation should be received within 30 days of the cancellation notice, which was already 31 days ago! So all this time the FM tried to divert us to some nonexisting third party and have us wait forever for its response, while they should handed the refund directly to us long ago b/c they are the ones holding it! Just see how horrible lies the FM had made and what made him so bold to breach the contract multiple times? More

His communications to me was great and always answered my questions with the details I needed. I really appreciated the honesty and the team working with me on what I was looking for and the cost point I was willing to spend (which I didn't have much success with any of the Northern Virginia dealerships this go around being my 2nd BMW). I liked how the team was ready to go once I verbally committed to coming out there to get the car (washed and paperwork all printed out ready to be signed). The Business Manager (Sam C.) was also great (as well as personable which I also appreciated against my past experiences with other dealerships/brands). I plan to get another BMW for the wife in the near future and look forward to working with this team for years to come. More
