I had a very strange and concerning experience interacting with this dealership. I contacted Kevin yesterday to get a quote on a beautifully spec’d 330 for lease. I offered to put down 7 multiple interacting with this dealership. I contacted Kevin yesterday to get a quote on a beautifully spec’d 330 for lease. I offered to put down 7 multiple service deposits which should each reduce the money factor by 0.00004 for a total of 0.00028. Now their “buy rate” is around 0.00093 and BMW financial services allows them to mark that up 40 points to 0.00133 pre-MSDs. Kevin came back and said he’d offer me 0.00133 POST MSD which is just unethical and just insulting. When I called him out on it he chalked it up to his manager making a calculation error. The reality here for those who care is that this dealership is extremely shady with their sales practices and seems to bank on finding unsuspecting customers who may not know a whole lot about the leasing business. Be weary of a dealership like this because they falsely try to pull you into a “monthly” payment which actually has a bunch of hidden costs. This is partly why I believe they didn’t send me a lease sheet at the outset when I asked for it pretty explicitly. Everyone needs to make money but practices like this are straight up predatory (which is why BMW doesn’t allow it). Please make sure you’re doing all your research and always ask for the deal sheet when dealing with this dealer. More

Jae was straight forward with me from the time I walked in and didn’t try to sell me on anything other that what I came to purchase. That’s a rarity. Again, great service and was a pleasure working with Jae. I don’t know about the other salesmen, but I highly recommend requesting Jae specifically if you want an honest salesmen. More
