One of the worst BMW dealership I have ever worked with. I wanted a specific BMW i7 and the only dealership has that particular car (bmw i7 xDrive60 - the flagship) is this dealership ... what a nightmare I wanted a specific BMW i7 and the only dealership has that particular car (bmw i7 xDrive60 - the flagship) is this dealership ... what a nightmare ... I purchased the car as they were nice (before I paid); once they took my money then everything changed; they lied so many times; I can't even keep track, they are totally unprofessional and lack all aspect of business conduct. sales team: horrible team , I lost count of how many times they lie. service department: they did a recall on the car; it took me an act of god to get a copy of the service paperwork which is supposed to be handed to me after completing the service. waiting area: 7/11 minimart is better. showroom: small and crowded. I give this dealership 0/10, its "shame"; to call this dealership a "BMW dealership" ... note: sales team I worked with "Berni, usher and Kenny". More
Terrible service. No communication. Had to call every day to get an update on status. Cost of repairs $5000! And for that they didn’t even wash the car! Will never g No communication. $600 diagnostic fee, and techs seems to know the bare minimum about BMWs. Waited months for my car to just get diagnosed to find out the shop Forman “didn’t want to work on it because it’s too hard” when minimum about BMWs.
