BMW of Arlington did not honestly disclose the full details of the vehicle. After the payment was completed, you only provided one key instead of two. A car key represents security and peace of mind for the owner. Failing to disclose this information feels intentional and dishonest. Car drove flawlessly, and very I was impressed with their honesty about the maintenance of the vehicle. I told sales I would get check for vehicle (no financing) from my bank-Chase. My daughter’s BMW engine overheated, so she had her BMW towed to Arlington to get the engine replaced. My warranty paid them the money. They had it over 10 weeks and they had to put 2 engines in it because towed to Arlington to get the engine replaced. My warranty paid them the money. They had it over 10 weeks and they had to put 2 engines in it because the 1st one had water in it. So the second one was put in and she went and picked it up and on the way home it overheated. Well they were closed of course when this happened. So she was stranded in a convenience store. In the time they had her car, they never offered her a loaner car. Now her car is in a parking lot broke down. This dealership is a joke. Especially for a BMW dealer. You expect more from a luxury car dealership, but not this one. More

Until these issues are addressed, it may be appropriate to limit her role in customer-facing interactions to ensure that clients receive the level of service expected from BMW Arlington and consistent with the BMW brand.
