Alex did a great job of really helping me pick the right BMW for me. There was no pressure during the process, just a lot of great questions to help me decide which car I should buy. When it came time to actually purchase, it was hassle free. The sales manager, Lane was also great to work with. It wasn't your typical back and forth buying process. They made a solid first offer on my trade in and gave me a great price on my new 328i. The entire customer experience was awesome. They make you feel right at home and answer all of your questions. Even Nancy in the finance office was great. Typically, when you do into the finance office you are "sold" very hard on the "extras". Not the case with Nancy. Straight forward and the numbers stayed the same! Since buying the car 1 week ago, I received 2 follow up calls from Alex making sure everything is okay with the car, 1 email from the Sales Manager welcoming me to the family and just yesterday, a box of Godiva Chocolates as a thank you gift (my wife and kids loved them.) All in all, one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I WILL be going back there for my next one! More
