What Others Say

I'm so glad not all BMW dealers are rated as bad as this location. Sharing my three experiences with this location. 1) They refused to check my brake pads, charged me $200+, and waited 2+ hours to get them checked. 2) I brought my car in for sunroof leakage in the A pillar and through the microphone ( car is still under factory warranty). They charged me around $300 to fix the sunroof, claiming the repair was due to external factors. Where the dealership in California, where I used to live, offered to take a look and repair it for free, no questions asked (I was busy, so I didn't go). 3) Guess what, 2 months later the sunroof leaked again. So it's possible they didn't fix the sunroof drain properly. However, this is my worst experience with them yet. I waited 4 hours in the lobby, and it turns out they forgot about me; the advisor helping me went home. I was literally the last customer at the dealership, so it took another 1.5 hours to finally fix the sunroof issue. And, cherry on top, they forgot to balance my tire pressure when I drove away, even though they agreed twice they would do it. 4) The manager called me about the extended warranty. He sounded really rude and impatient when I said I needed time to think about and compare rates. He asked, "You know what car you are driving, right?". Smh... I really wanted to say, "Yeah, I drove an ultimate repair machine. Probably the smart way to convince me not to ever own BMWs again, cuz they are pretty reliable, right?" I bet half of the people don't even know the engine number on their most popular models. This place has moral/ethnic issues. I live in Ann Arbor, just 5 minutes away, but I begin to drive 40 minutes to another dealership for services due to how bad this place is.

I took my 750Li X in for service. Service was complete and there were a couple of non-warranty items I had questions on before I paid the invoice and picked up the car. I called for three days and left messages with the service department and even the service advisor. Still no call back. I do not recommend this dealership for service. As a customer who has to drive from out of town, we should be able to talk to someone about the service on the phone. I should not have to drive to the dealership to ask a question.

Dustin Harrison has gone out of his way on several occasions to make sure that my service repairs are made quickly and properly. I highly recommend him.

When it comes to service this is not the place you want. The lack of courtesy, decency, and plain common integrity just doesn't exist here. The old saying is fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, well it's my fault for trusting and giving others the benefit of the doubt. This company sold me a "Company used car, with low very low miles >15k. I requested new tires before driving off, they gave me a set of 4 faulty defective tires. Needless to say, 8k miles later, I had another tire shop review a completely flat tire on my run flats, and was told they were all nearly defective. I told the salesman, Justin, who suggested to have my car towed there, but only to then be told, that the tire shop caused all of the defects and that none of it was their responsibility. The only solution was that I can buy 4 more new tires or just 1 as the other tires are visibly damaged. Wow, what great service to tell someone who just purchased, a 50k car from your dealership! I would say this company, these service guys, and in general does not know the meaning of true customer servicing. They only care when you're buying from them, not after you have purchased. Don't go here for service, and especially to purchase because when you really need their help, they will leave you hanging every time. According to Dusty, he discussed this issue with his manager as well. That should say a whole lot in itself.

Just received my 2024 X5. Billy Becker has been extremely helpful with helping us learn and use the navigation of the car. He is very patient, and extremely positive. So appreciate his help!

Do not buy a car from this dealership. My husband and I bought a car with a "clean inspection" and within 2 months we had to put over $1,500 into it from repairs their "inspection" missed. Once confronted they made even more repairs included fixing brakes that they had supposedly just replaced but refused to reimburse the $1,500 worth of repair that had to be made. An outside mechanic that fixed the car told us that there was no way the car should have passed inspection. Everyone was very dismissive towards us and kept saying "they can't see into the future" even though the parts were so rusty that they snapped backing out of a parking spot. Save yourself and go to a different dealership. They are not to be trusted.
