Todd Simpson and the Daniels BMW service department has always treated me and all my BMW vehicles wonderfully. My car was broken down on Saturday around 10 AM at a shopping center. I called Daniels BMW and MINI of Allentown Lisa set up a towing service for me They came out got my car started I then took it to th shopping center. I called Daniels BMW and MINI of Allentown Lisa set up a towing service for me They came out got my car started I then took it to the dealer and Lisa got me a loaner and I’m within a matter of an hour and a half I was on my way. You don’t get that everywhere, but he explained things to me that the other deale extremely helpful & went above and beyond to assist with questions.
