BMW of Allentown is an award-winning dealership located off of Routes 22 and 309 in Allentown Pennsylvania. Formerly Daniels BMW, BMW of Allentown is now part of the Sloane Automotive Group. We're a family owned and operated dealership group serving the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas for over 50 years. The dealership itself has been family owned and operated since 1962. BMW of Allentown opened for business in our original location on Tilghman Street as a Cadillac franchise dealership. The BMW franchise was awarded to the Daniels family in 1974. It then expanded to include a Certified Collision Center and a MINI franchise in 2010.
In 2005, we reopened a larger, state of the art facility to further accommodate our growing customer base. BMW of Allentown provides customers the best in sales (new, pre-owned and certified vehicles), parts and service, as well as our factory Certified Collision Repair Center specializing in BMW and MINI but also repairing all makes and models.
BMW of Allentown is the 12-time recipient of the BMW's highest award; The BMW Center of Excellence, which recognizes our commitment to our customers in providing the best customer experience in the nation in our state of the art facilities. As a result, we have adopted the phrase "A Tradition of Excellence" to describe our Company's approach to customer care.

Recently, I've been dealing with Dominic Hernandez t I've been a Daniels BMW customer since 2005 and have always dealt with the same Service Advisor. Recently, I've been dealing with Dominic Hernandez the past few visits and continue to have nothing but a stellar experience here. It seems like the dealership recognizes internal talent and promotes within and it's great to see their employees have well-rounded experience. 2015 BMW 335iX M-Sport Sedan - Jane Billig As soon as Jane heard that we live almost 2 hours away, she did everything she could to make sure we know everything about the car before we invest th As soon as Jane heard that we live almost 2 hours away, she did everything she could to make sure we know everything about the car before we invest the time to drive down -- including taking photos and texting them over (since they were not up on the site yet). Even going so far as to point out lack of options in the car that I might care about. A sign of a salesperson that cares, and treats you like you'd hope to be treated. The dealership itself is massive, well furnished, and with lots of new cars to ogle at. But it's the sales experience that really sets them apart. There were zero sleazy sales tactics at play, and the only time we had to wait was after the deal when the paperwork and car were being prepped. We did our homework and went in with a reasonable offer and they came pretty close to it. Plus no pressure from the finance manager to buy expensive, mostly useless packages. Kudos for the quickest turnaround. Especially on a Friday afternoon. Well worth the time to drive down and we'll do it again for the next one! Thank you Jane! More
