Abed from BMW of Alexandria is the best sales rep I have ever dealt with in my 20+ years of car buying. He is calm, not too aggressive and the most knowledgeable rep I’ve had. I spoke with 5 dealers when do ever dealt with in my 20+ years of car buying. He is calm, not too aggressive and the most knowledgeable rep I’ve had. Believe the negative reviews you see here wrt their service department. Terrible customer service; they actively look for ways not to honor their own promotions once they have you in the door; less tha service department. Terrible customer service; they actively look for ways not to honor their own promotions once they have you in the door; less than knowledgeable service reps who blame their inferior service on management with an “I just do what Im told”. Be wary of any ” recommended repairs or services here”. Finally took advice of several friends who switched to BMW Fairfax for service and the experience is night and day.
