All I needed was to reset i3 annual service indicator. Was willing to replace cabin filter. Service advisor REQUIRED oil change of range extender, even though it only was used for maybe 45 minutes when it Was willing to replace cabin filter. Service advisor REQUIRED oil change of range extender, even though it only was used for maybe 45 minutes when it operated on its own schedule. So resetting the service indicator cost me $400 of mostly unnecessary work. Oh, and then tried to require a tire replacement to repair a screw in the middle of the tread. (Tires were just replaced. My local (trusted) tire shop (of 30 years) informed me all BMW was doing was trying to sell me a new tire. Love my i3, but will NEVER buy another BMW based on the rip off service practices. More
I am actually shocked there is no carwash service. I spent over $1300 and my car came DIRTIER then I brought it - covered in bird poop and pollen. The loaner car I received was also dirty and not sanitized - pretty gross. I asked about the car wash and was told you all used to have one but got rid of it… not what I expect from BMW. I’ve lived in Miami, Dallas, and Los Angeles and always brought my car to BMW for service. I’ve have never had a poor experience like this - car wash is a basic service when you drop big bucks on a luxury car. Also, the coffee service in the lobby needs a huge facelift. Again, not what I’m accustomed to from my past BMW experiences. More

We dropped my car off on time and to wait for about 30 minutes to get a loaner. Staff didn’t inform us on when they would get us the loaner or how long we had to wait. The loaner was not clean. Considering we paid over 6k for services, we expected the loaner to be cleaned. Other than that, the car drives very nice after the service. We got the car back on time. More
