The good: The failed part/labor was covered under warranty and replaced free of charge. The repair was completed quickly (3 days). The bad: This is the second time I have had to return my car to hav warranty and replaced free of charge. The repair was completed quickly (3 days). The bad: This is the second time I have had to return my car to have a repair performed on a repair. In this case, even though the defect was the result of previous work performed on the vehicle and the car was going to be unavailable for at least several days, they did not provide a loaner car and refused to provide reimbursement for the cost of a rental. Very disappointing level of service. More
I took my car in because of an important safety issue with the passenger airbag. They had my car for a week, but they did not get to it. I had to reach out to them for an update and managed to get my car with the passenger airbag. They had my car for a week, but they did not get to it. I had to reach out to them for an update and managed to get my car back for the weekend. They said they would get me back in the queue the following week, but they never followed up. I called them after waiting a few days, but didn't get a return call. The experience left me feeling unimportant to them. Nice people when I was there interacting with them, but their systems don't seem to be working well. More

Appreciated the courtesy ride home & the return to pick up my car. Jesse Blair was understanding & helpful in documenting the brake disc issues that required service & replacement.
