We were told to bring our car in on a Monday theater was scheduled three weeks out from the request. Then I was told 3-4 days for a diagnosis. Now 6 days later l, my car has not even been looked at. I had to leave town for a funeral and waiting to see if they contact me and demand the loaner back before I return to town. I communicated that if it's not done by the Friday, which is extra time from their own estimation, that I would not be able to return the loaner within 24 hours. I don't understand what kind of process / procedure BMW Portland is following with the scheduling. Why would you schedule me a week before you even look at my car and have it parked outside in freezing temperatures. This has been a bad experience and I don't expect to return to BMW of Portland for any service or maintenance or any future needs. More
I was scheduled a few weeks out for an adjustment to a sensor that was crooked on my brand new car less than a month old. Once I brought my car in expecting it to be done same day or next day o was told sensor that was crooked on my brand new car less than a month old. I do not understand why they would have me bring in my car a week before they expected to work on it or even look at it. I don't expect to return to this dealership for any future service or purchases. More

After I had my oil changed at valvoline in July, where they neglected to0 re-add oil to my BMW, my insurance Co. Had you tear my motor apart to see why my motor wouldn't work. Isn't there a record inside the computer n my car that will tell me if oil was or wasn't added when I left there that day? More
