Despite being told I would be put in the list for a loaner vehicle, I never got one. When I asked after a week, I was told they had some, but they were for people with an appointment (my car was alread loaner vehicle, I never got one. Very little communication about he status of my vehicle other than when I would call to ask about how things were going, generally having to leave a voicemail message which wasn't always returned. When I went in to collect belongings from the car, no one had any idea what was going on with my car (service manager for my car was out sick). More

BMW Portland is EXTREMELY busy. While they have been accommodating, there were mistakes made in my annual service. Windshield wipers installed wrong, brake caliper installed but was While they have been accommodating, there were mistakes made in my annual service. Staff is pleasant, but difficult to get ahold of. It just seems this service department is overwhelmed. More
