I loved the car immediately but now it's even better and I understand how to utilize all the car's systems. This in itself would lead me to give Eric a great review but then add in that he came to my house, and on a Friday evening, and you can see how exceptional Eric is. Most people doing new car orientations consider it a one-time service but Eric gave me his card and told me to call at any time with questions. Eric is a huge asset to BMW of Portland. More

First BMW Dealer Experience, definitely won't be my last. Sure, I've gone and kicked tires at the dealer before, but this was my first experience purchasing a car from BMW. The process was easy, fun, and I left with an almost new bimmer. David is extremely polite. He's a knowledgable guy who truly wants you to leave with the perfect car. He was willing to work with me when I had a rather strange situation going on. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy he gave me despite the fact that I'm 23 years old. Normally when I walk into a dealership people don't take me seriously. It's been 3 months since purchase and I still grin every time I sit in my car. BMW of Portland staff was great, they even let us bring our dog along. Thanks for everything David & BMW!!! More

When I picked up my i3, I drove it for a week thinking I figured out most of its features. I was wrong. After setting up a time to meet with Eric, he went over all these features of the car I knew nothing about (it can park itself apparently). He showed me the I Remote app, an app to find charging stations and even helped me set up my Sirius XM radio. Even I f you think you know how your new car works, you don't. Just go see Eric. He is, after all, a genius! More

They took it in got me a loaner in like... 10 minutes! So quick! I got my car back the next day looking brand new. Logan went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Eric not only answered all of my questions, but was able to give me additional historical info on recent models and rationale behind the design changes I asked about. He also provided insight on features on the 2014 528 i that we purchased last year. His knowledge of the various models was informative and insightful as to what features to look for as I search for a newer 750. To have that breadth of knowledge on so many models over a number of model years is very impressive as well as informative and extremely helpful. More
