The process was easy, fun, and I left with an almost new bimmer. David is extremely polite. He's a knowledgable guy who truly wants you to leave with the perfect car. He was willing to work with me when I had a rather strange situation going on. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy he gave me despite the fact that I'm 23 years old. Normally when I walk into a dealership people don't take me seriously. It's been 3 months since purchase and I still grin every time I sit in my car. BMW of Portland staff was great, they even let us bring our dog along. Thanks for everything David & BMW!!! More

When I picked up my i3, I drove it for a week thinking I figured out most of its features. I was wrong. After setting up a time to meet with Eric, he went over all these features of the car I knew nothing about (it can park itself apparently). He showed me the I Remote app, an app to find charging stations and even helped me set up my Sirius XM radio. Even I f you think you know how your new car works, you don't. Just go see Eric. He is, after all, a genius! More

Eric not only answered all of my questions, but was able to give me additional historical info on recent models and rationale behind the design changes I asked about. He also provided insight on features on the 2014 528 i that we purchased last year. His knowledge of the various models was informative and insightful as to what features to look for as I search for a newer 750. To have that breadth of knowledge on so many models over a number of model years is very impressive as well as informative and extremely helpful. More
