Very Nice Car Buying Experience I was looking all over the state of Oregon for a Certified-Preowned BMW X5. I visited a number of dealerships, but Portland BMW had the one I really I was looking all over the state of Oregon for a Certified-Preowned BMW X5. I visited a number of dealerships, but Portland BMW had the one I really wanted. I dealt with salesman James Pierce, and I only have positive things to say about him. He was professional, yet very personable. He never pressured me for a second, he seemed as keenly interested in looking at the cars as I was. Negotiation was quick and hassle free, and communication was frequent and pleasant. Upon returning to finalize the purchase, the guys in financing quickly got me the best rate possible, and when signing the documents there was no hard sell to purchase warranties or add-ons. I've had the car for about a week now, and James has sent me at least 3 text messages, checking on me and the car. All in all, an excellent experience. More
