This is my first BMW so everything is new to me, even some of the most basic functions. He explained the answers to my questions thoroughly and with follow-up hands-on practice so that he saw me actually use the tools and functions. He carefully guided me through different scenarios so that I understood--requiring me to perform, not just copy him. Excellent teaching! As for the commonly-asked questions: he explained several functions that I had not yet encountered in my month of driving my new BMW. Those tips will come in handy as I continue to explore. I am already looking forward to my next tutorial! When I arrived home, I found that Eric had already followed-up with an email, explaining the garage door opener set-up.
