So informative!! Had a phenomenal time learning the ins and outs of my car with Eric. He drove all the way out to our home in Wilsonville to meet us which was amazing Had a phenomenal time learning the ins and outs of my car with Eric. He drove all the way out to our home in Wilsonville to meet us which was amazing and also allowed lots of space to try out features like the self parallel-park feature which I had no idea my car even had! Super informative. Learned a TON about features in my car. Only constructive feedback is that it seems that maybe the Geniuses should be given the spec sheet for the particular car with all features so there is a list of stuff to go through. Poor Eric probably answered a hundred questions as I kept randomly pointing to random buttons and asking what they did. Turns out many of them provide really critical features such as auto brights, toggle on the rearview mirror, auto windshield wipers, syncing air flow and all that jazz. Learned about BMW connected drive which I'm so excited to try out. Also, he helped me drop a pin to my home address so I never get lost again. Again, super helpful experience. I took notes after of all his wisdom, but there was just so much to learn! I love my car even more after the experience and learning about all the features- the hidden compartment behind the seat, the button that drops the seats. And great having it at home- we could line up all the cars and practice the parallel assist. More

When a client advisor calls you while he is still at home heading out to the office just to let you know that he will be taking care of your deal, you know that this person is dedicated to his job. There are no gimmicks dealing with David. Answered all my questions. I submitted my ID and insurance card and my paperwork was sent to me same day. Upon receiving the documents I sent back, He reviewed it and informed me that all was ok. My car was supposed to be picked up on 2/14/17 but the shipper wanted to pickup a day early. I texted David and he prepared the car for shipment within the hour. I didnt even need to ask if the car was picked up... he informed me when it was. Dealing with this person is like flying on autopilot. Set the destination and wait for your arrival. White glove treatment from start to finish. Treated me with respect. More
