Not just poor service - really poor service My husband took our 2015 BMW X3 in for a recall part. He spoke with them 3 times about this appointment, yet when he arrived there was no record of th My husband took our 2015 BMW X3 in for a recall part. He spoke with them 3 times about this appointment, yet when he arrived there was no record of the appointment. They did get him a rental through Enterprise and fixed a sensor that had popped out which was great, but the recall part didn't get done. When the appointment was made we were told to allow two days. Instead, they called the first day and said the car was done. They didn't say the recall hadn't been done. When we get there we were told that welding company they used was booked for 4 months and that they would have to work us in and that even then it might take 1,2, 3 or 4 or more days. When specifically asked, even if we make an appointment? and was told yes, the company had to quote "work us in" This is a recall on a basically new car. I spent 45 minutes trying to get through to someone in management and couldn't. So now, we still have to come back in and still have to get this recall done. Not convenient at all. More

I also like numbers so I worked out a lot of the math ahead of time and negotiated what I feel was a great deal, and much lower than I was quoted in the Seattle area. David Padgalskas was very helpful and honest throughout the process, and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend BMW Portland, it was well worth the 3-hour drive from up north. More

Rarely can you call and speak to an actual person without having to leave a voicemail. Then it always takes a couple days to get that returned call just to set up an appointment. Took 3 days to get a call back to price and schedule spark plug change, took 2 days to get a call back to schedule tires, took 4 days to get a call back to schedule brakes. Ended up going somewhere else. Great cars, great sales staff, but really should improve the after sale customer service. More

My BMW purchase I was interested in the 2016 BMW 228i coupe that was on sale being last year model. The first person I spoke to was James. He ask how can I help I was interested in the 2016 BMW 228i coupe that was on sale being last year model. The first person I spoke to was James. He ask how can I help you and would you like a cup a coffee? So with coffee in hand he show me the car. Then went on the test drive. I loved how this thing handles. He then show me the different mode. Sport mode really changed the car behavior. We return back to the dealership where we disused the details of leasing. At first I wasn't really sure If I should commit to leasing that day and told James Id have to think about it. The following day James call and ask if I was still interested? I was but I wanted the payment to be less. He work it out with my prevouis lease on a car I no longer wanted. Id say most salesmen wouldn't want to spend time to do what James had to do to get me in this car. Thanks James for making it smooth More
