Small, poor customer service First of all this place is very small, they're always having to move cars around because there's no room. This is my 3rd time here and the front desk First of all this place is very small, they're always having to move cars around because there's no room. This is my 3rd time here and the front desk customer service is always poor. Also, I never have a "service person" talk to me about what was done to my car, they literally just hand me a paper, have me sign and get me on my way. I will be going to Kuni from now on even if it's further for me. To be BMW, I expected a better experience. More
