It was a bit chaotic when I got there with my vehicle. Didn't even look at it till Monday the next week. My adviser was not good at keeping meet inf ok red and be was har do to get a hold of. Too busy, staff seems stressed out and not as friendly as usual. Customer service has been declining over time. They got the job done but definitely made us want to consider other options for getting the BMW usual. Customer service has been declining over time.
