Good service but I always seem to wait, even when I have an appointment. I wish they’d bring back the self-serve beverage service (only coffees are back) that was lost during Covid, and the car wash with se an appointment. On two occasions, to date, Will Wahlin has come to our rescue and reminded us why we bought our recent vehicles at BMW Portland. Since we don't live near Portland, getting into and out of the dealership rescue and reminded us why we bought our recent vehicles at BMW Portland. Since we don't live near Portland, getting into and out of the dealership speedily, with least delay and aggravation, is extremely important. Mr Wahlin works wonders to make this happen. He did his magic last week when we needed a windshield replaced in the middle of a 1,000-mile trip. As any business which grows by aggregating more units (e.g., healthcare systems, telecommunications companies, or auto dealerships), owners and management get further and further removed from their customers. This is palpably true with Lithia. Therefore, having a service agent who not only gets necessary work done to the client's satisfaction, but can cut through layers of dealership communications to do it, is incredibly important. Fortunately for us, and surely many more BMW Portland customers, Mr Wahlin performs both of these roles extremely well. More
I bought a 2o18 BMW with 24000 miles that had an open recall on it concerning the coolant hose needing to be replaced and now I was stranded traveling cross country and had to have it fixed properly at a recall on it concerning the coolant hose needing to be replaced and now I was stranded traveling cross country and had to have it fixed properly at another BMW place in Tucson Arizona. The tires could not have passed inspection either as they were all 3 and 4 milliliters. Very dangerous driving with bad tires and coolant problems as our salesperson knew I was driving this car back to Florida. I am very upset as this was very unethical as I paid the full asking price and I paid cash on to of it. More
