Got an appointment quickly and repairs were completed promptly. Love getting a courtesy car but this time it came with a warning that it needed an oil change. Every time I bring my vehicle there something else why is it going wrong. Last time I brought it in to check the headlights and some other things and when I got it back it said a park brake malfunction and n it going wrong. Last time I brought it in to check the headlights and some other things and when I got it back it said a park brake malfunction and now my park brake doesn’t work last time I brought it in I brought it in for like a recall and then the recall supposed to get fixed and then all the sudden my horn wouldn’t work and it said SZL malfunction. The time before that I brought it in to get I don’t know and oil change or something and then my brand new dolce and Cabanna light blue $90 perfume not even opened yet was stolen from me. I’m at the point where I don’t even wanna own a BMW because this is the only place I can take it and I don’t feel the job has been adequately done and I’ve been overcharged for half xxx work More
