While I was originally very impressed and pleased that the service center was willing to pick my car up and return it to me in Fort Lauderdale, it unfortunately turned into a frustrating experience. When scheduling the service (for a recall) I explained that the mechanism to open the center console of my car had been compromised since I drove it off the lot. The service was scheduled and when I hadn't heard from anyone that day, I called back 2 different times to try and understand if someone was still coming to get my car and no one got back to me. I was also texting the number reaching out to me with confirmations and not getting a response. The next day, I received a text that I had missed my appointment and texted and called AGAIN. This time, I was informed that some paperwork was missing which I was not made aware of previously (and that the driver coming to get my car the day before had been in a fender bender and that's why he didn't make it and that's very unfortunate and I'm glad he's ok, but communication still would have been appreciated as I was clear I was adjusting my work schedule around this pick up). I rescheduled the service, was told all the paperwork was in order and AGAIN mentioned the center console mechanism. The morning of my service I was again concerned as the time was getting close and I hadn't heard from anyone once again so I called and texted and then was told they were missing a CC on file which I was never asked for - I again provided that immediately and again mentioned my console. When the driver called to confirm the pick up, he had my wrong address somehow so we worked through directions and cross Streets on the phone. When he came to pick up my car and give me the loaner I specifically handed him the piece to the console that needed to be fixed and he assured me he would let my service rep know. The next day when I was called to confirm my car was ready and could be returned, I asked about the console and was told no, it hadn't been fixed somehow that was missed (despite my incessant reminders) but that it would be before it was returned to me. The car was returned and I'm used to BMW washing the car when it's being serviced but that's neither here nor there, perhaps different service centers provide different levels of service. I then received a bill for a toll I didn't drive through but that a driver did on either pick up or drop off and that feels absurd to charge me for a "complimentary service". I unfortunately found my rep challenging to get a hold of the whole experience was frustrating. I'm giving a rating of a 3 bc I do appreciate that there was a pick up and drop off service offered, that a loaner car was provided and that the general service was performed appropriately However, I feel I have no choice but to deduct stars given the frustration in communication (and at times lack thereof) and the clear disconnect with what I needed done and how many times I had to request and remind for something that should have been handled appropriately with me asking only once since I had flagged this with the dealership when I drove the car off the lot. The pick up and drop off should have been great, but the frustration in the experience and in not really feeling accommodated will likely make me utilize the dealership closer to me next time something is needed. More

My service advisor, Samantha Mancuso was exceptional. She handled my repairs perfectly. I did however, have a serious issue with the valet team as they couldn't locate my vehicle. I was there for more She handled my repairs perfectly. I did however, have a serious issue with the valet team as they couldn't locate my vehicle. I was there for more than an hour as they made one excuse after another, only to learn that the vehicle and keys were mislabeled by the valet team. They were rude and not customer friendly, especially their leader. I escalated the issue to the dealer GM after receiving my car. More

I would absolutely recommend Michael Loiselle but would NOT recommend the dealership because of the absolutely horrible handling of my vehicle during service. One week after purchasing my vehicle it was discovered that they should not have sold me the car because it had a safety recall on it that they did not address prior to me purchasing. DAVE begged me to bring the car in the next day because this was obviously a black eye for them and assured me there would be a loaner waiting for me and that I would be in and out. There wasn't a loaner. I wasn't in and out. Let's just say that DAVE is full of xxx and will say anything he has to to get what he needs from you. For my inconvenience I asked DAVE to have my car detailed figuring it's the least they could do and he said ok to me but told my salesman Michael no to detailing. So Michael had my car detailed and paid for it out of his own pocket. FYI...he hides in a back office of the service area so he doesn't have to deal with people he lies to. More
