Raj from Coconut Creek Vista was incredible. My husband had called around to a few different dealerships in hopes of finding an X1 in the color and price we were looking for. Three dealerships were around had called around to a few different dealerships in hopes of finding an X1 in the color and price we were looking for. Three dealerships were around the same lease price per month, but Raj said "come on in and we can beat it." I had been to that dealership six years prior when I went to lease an X3 and found the sales advisors rude and off-putting and I couldn't leave fast enough. BUT, my husband felt Raj was honest, intelligent, and would get the deal done quickly. We have found that car shopping can be a very lengthy process and prefer to move through it as quick and painless as possible. Vista BMW has a few different locations and there was some miscommunication as to what dealership Raj was working at. We had agreed to meet Raj at the dealership at 5:30PM on a Friday night. When I arrived to the Vista BMW in Pompano, two sales associates were sitting at their desks for a few moments before I finally asked for assistance. Lazy is the first word that comes to mind. They never bothered to greet me or introduce themselves. I asked for Raj and they said he didn't work there and "too bad for him." I asked if they could help me, which was the first red flag as they should have jumped at the chance and ASKED FOR THE BUSINESS. I explained what I was looking for to an older gentleman and he began to try and find me in the system. After several minutes he finally asked for my phone number to continue searching for me in the system. After ten long minutes and building frustration, I realized this was going to be a painful and outrageously long process. I stated again exactly what I was looking for and if he could beat the price. He disappears and comes back with a price about $80 above per month. I grabbed my bag and left, not wanting to sit around and play games. My husband and I hurried out to coconut creek and arrived a little after 6:30PM hoping Raj had not left for the day as my husband was on the phone with him that morning at 9:01AM. To our luck, he was there! Instantly, we knew he was efficient and would do he best to help us. We negotiated the price and he had someone bring the car from their storage lot. While waiting, Raj insisted I test drive a similar X1, which was a really great idea. I had already test drove it, but it had been a while. The car felt small, but I was just relieved to get out of my VW Tiguan. When the actual X1 that I was purchasing arrived, Raj went around and showed me everything the car offered. Since I was looking for the cheapest X1 it did not have any of the bells and whistles you would expect from a 2014 BMW--specifically, no power seats. Unfortunately, it was not the car for me. Raj was positive and hopeful that we would find a car in my price range. Raj was searching for any available X1 with power seats that maybe had some miles on it (also known as a demo) to reduce the price. We then spoke directly with the manager and he assured me that they would find an X1 with power seats AND he would give it to me at the same lease price we agreed on for the first X1—miles or no miles on it!! I couldn't believe it as adding power seats could have increased my monthly lease by $30. They asked for a deposit and we felt confident they would find a car and call us the next day. It was now 9:45PM and unbeknownst to us; the dealership had closed forty-five minutes ago! We never felt rushed and in fact the music was still playing. Raj never felt defeated and was extremely dedicated. Later that night my husband and I discussed adding larger down payment and a small monthly payment increase to possibly lease an X3. A huge leap in price, but we felt it was worth a shot to ask Raj. The next morning we called Raj on his cell at 8:45 (he was already in the office, he must sleep there!) and he said they ALREADY found an X1, but it required a trade on their part. We pitched our X3 idea and he said he would look into it. An hour later he called back with news that he had found one. In addition to it being the LAST Saturday of the month in June, Raj always remained in communication. After reviewing some numbers with Raj, my husband went to the dealership to check out the car. They had it ready for him out front and took him for a test drive. It was definitely the car for us! I then joined them at the dealership and to my surprise the paperwork was already in process. After one hour, everything was complete. The dealership was very busy, but they have sufficient staff and very courteous. At one point TWO other sales advisor asked us if we needed anything as they were walking by--a very different experience from six years ago. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt honored to write how great our experience was with Raj and the manager John, from BMW Vista in Coconut Creek. Also ED who handles the paperwork before going to meet with finance was fabulous! He is the point guy for everything and once you meet him you’ll see why. They work as a team there and really value the customer’s experience. If you’re searching for a new BMW, don’t hesitate to contact Raj. He provided us with his personal cell and has followed up twice since leasing the car two weeks ago. He also vowed to be our contact person for anything related to the car, including scheduling oil changes for us. He goes above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier. More
I leased a new 335i end of May this year at Coconut Creek Vista BMW. It was the BEST car buying/leasing experience I have ever had! Prior to lease of my car I went to Coconut Creek Vista minimum 4 times as Vista BMW. It was the BEST car buying/leasing experience I have ever had! Prior to lease of my car I went to Coconut Creek Vista minimum 4 times as I couldn't make up my mind between 335i and M3. Every time I went there they welcomed me the most friendly and professional way. They let me take both cars to test drive again and again. They put up with all my performance questions. I met with Rico who is a very professional Sales representative at one of my visits. Rico never put any pressure on me to buy a car. He called once after each visit to extend his wishes to gain me as a customer one day; it was nothing but a courtesy call. End of May I was finally convinced that 335i was a better choice for me. I found Rico and told him exactly I wanted. I was at the dealership around 6 pm. It took approximately 30 minutes to find the car. I was pretty much done in 2 hours including running numbers, ordering a new set of wheels, trading my Mustang, setting up the monthly payments exactly the amount I wanted . There was no hassle, no back & forth negotiations, no manager pressure. I was offered a pizza, soda, water; basically had a dinner at BMW while finishing the paperwork. Rico told me that it might take couple days to receive the wheels I ordered, when they arrive he would call me. The following day I went back to drop off my title for the car I traded in, Rico said my wheels would be in 10 minutes. I decided to wait for the wheels. They installed the wheels in 30 mins. I was very impressed the way they treated me at Coconut Creek BMW! I will be a life-long customer of theirs. If you are looking to get a BMW find Rico at Coconut Creek Vista. More
This was my first purchase from this dealership (we live in Atlanta, GA & Sarasota, FL). I originally had a negative review here, but when Frank Lynch got involved everything was rectified and turned out to one of my best experiences I've had. If you ever have any issues with this dealer, make sure you give Frank a call. This was my 12th BMW I've purchased since 2000. Some good experience, some bad at different dealers throughout the country. But glad it turned out the way it did. I purchased a certified 2011 BMW 328i coupe (trade was involved too) that was perfect and drove 3 hours without seeing it in person. More

He went the extra mile to locate the car that I wanted and helped me consummate a very fair deal for the lease. Ramces Hernandez was the financing specialist who was also a pleasure to work with. I picked up the car of my dreams last evening and couldn't be happier. Do not hesitate purchasing or leasing a new car from this dealership. Ask for Norman Bailey to help you with your vehicle test drive and selection process and I'm sure that you won't be dissatisfied. More
VistaBMW is the most HONEST dealership in town. They do not try to take advantage or upsell. I walked in there and got the best treatment. Me being a woman, I was skeptical and hesitant because I arrived not try to take advantage or upsell. I walked in there and got the best treatment. Me being a woman, I was skeptical and hesitant because I arrived by myself. It didn't matter to them. What you see is what you get. Everyone is treated fairly. The quality of cars is excellent and abundant. I recommend this place over any BMW dealership in Florida. Ask for Leo! More

Eddie Crocetti and Lorraine Faqundes are the sales associates I dealt with; they say one thing and do another. Should you choose to purchase a vehicle from Vista Motors, make sure you bring a lawyer, an accountant and Dr. Phil with his lie detector team. Don’t be so excited about buying a new vehicle that you don’t check out the accessories promised. i.e.: power seats that I was promised by Lorraine who told me in the morning the vehicle had power seats there web page also ad also stated power seats for that car and after the deal was done I was informed it didn't. Lorraine knew this because in the morning she drove the vehicle around the back of the dealership to save the car for me, upon entering the new vehicle Lorraine would immediately know the seat was not powered after adjusting the seat to drive. She had plenty of time to call me on the phone and inform me of this. Instead she chose to tell me after the deal was completed. Additionally I was informed I would receive a prorated credit for the maintenance time left on the traded in vehicle. Not so. Value of maintenance plan- $640, power seats value $ 900. I feel violated and cheated. More
Saturday morning I spoke with Joe at Vista. He advised that the car equipped the way I wanted it was in the storage lot and that it was not new but was in the loaner fleet. I asked for him to send me the that the car equipped the way I wanted it was in the storage lot and that it was not new but was in the loaner fleet. I asked for him to send me the build sheet and let me know the miles. He agreed. He sent me the build sheet but not the miles. I asked him for the miles and he replied We can have the car here in about 30 minutes time once we make a deal. I replied back confirming that he expects a customer to make a deal before he can tell me the miles...To which there was no response. I did go to your dealership Saturday afternoon. Joe had already gone home. I spoke with an older gentlemen who sites near the yellow (i think one serious). He told me that the car was not showing up in your inventory but may be at their other Vista location. I asked him to check. He told me he could not check. I advised that according to Joe it may be a loaner. He said that is impossible as BMW would never put a sport line into the loaner fleet because the front and rear tires are different sizes. Obviously he does not know their product as they have 4 225/45/18 size tires. BMW does put them in loaner fleets as I have seen them an other dealers. He said he could sell me the one on the showroom floor which did not meet my criteria. I again advised that I was interested in the one that Joe and I were talking about. He told me he could not help. So I left. More
When a Dealership makes the decision to enter into internet sales, it requires a great deal of honesty and integrity due to the tremendous amount of trust thats required of both buyer and seller. In t internet sales, it requires a great deal of honesty and integrity due to the tremendous amount of trust thats required of both buyer and seller. In the case of VISTA and their salesman Richard Roe, none of those qualities described exist. Richard will lie to you just to get the sale and when you bring his lies to his attention, he will simply ignore you because after all, he allready has your money and could care less if he ever hears from you again. The problem is, the consummer is stuck with his lies. That is the reason for this post. I am attempting to warn consummers before they ever attampt to do business with this firm. Just read all the previous posts - that I failed to do. Stay away from this dealership and most of all this salesmen!!! More
Although they were asked to do so these guys failed to disclose the $699 dealer fee until I received the bill. They indicated that dealer fee is irrelevant as long as they committed to an overall price. disclose the $699 dealer fee until I received the bill. They indicated that dealer fee is irrelevant as long as they committed to an overall price. I personally found this disclosure and business practice legally very interesting. In addition to paying the fee, the title work, the inspection of the car and shipping were entirely processed through me directly and paid by me. Then I have yet to understand what the fee is about and why they did not disclose It. finally, the car was advertised as a sport model although it was the top of the line model with every single option. That did not give me too much confidence about their product knowledge although it turned out to be at my advantage. A more positive note, car is in perfect shape. Thank you, More
