From the start fabby was a total 180 from every car salesperson stereotype. she simply asked questions and listened. i didnt ask her for x and she showed me y, she actually showed me what i wanted to see. no games. the negotiation was the same, straightforward and realistic. this is not someone who works for the dealer writing this, its a customer who hates shopping for cars for all the reasons everyone else does. i can honestly say fabby and vista have a customer for life. We were honest with the salespeople and told them that. Once they knew that we were not going to purchase girth away, they were very unfriendly and did not explain one single feature of the car. On the contrary, they just wanted us to go away. This is to how you treat potential customers and build relationships. When we are ready to buy the M3, which we liked, we will be sure NOT to go to Vista. More

When I came in today, the courteous Attendants took my car and escorted The Service Dept., at Vista BMW Coconut Creek, always does an excellent job. When I came in today, the courteous Attendants took my car and escorted me to the Service Desk, where I checked in and then was put in contact with my Service Advisor, Sheri Holtz. Sheri is always very personable, professional, and got right to work handling my problem, which today was a loose lens. While waiting a mere 20 minutes, I enjoyed reading in the comfortable lounge. The issue was corrected, car was washed, and it looked like a million. Thanks, Vista BMW of Coconut Creek, for the great service. You get a 5 star rating! More
For a dealership that states they can beat any price right off the bat, they won't give you a price to compare to their competition via email. They want you to come in and waste your time. I kept hearing don't you want to deal with one of the largest BMWs in the area. My answer kept being NO! That just increases their overhead and that is what basically lost them the deal. That and Kyle inability to listen to me the customer and give me a price up front. More

This place is terrible, the only thing they they have going for them is their name and size. I went in the other day to get a battery. The place is a zoo, they are unorganized, people are running around, there is no set uniform, the receptionists are unreceptive, employes are unfriendly, employees yell to communicate with others and the valets are rough on the cars. I specifically told the servicer advisor not to put the car through the was and he did, when I told him he never apologized and said if your not happy take your business else where! Don't think the collision center is any better, trust me. More
It's rare that I do an online review, but I would like to commend Dino Belotti of Vista BMW’s service dept. for the exceptional “above and beyond” care he has provided my vehicles and family througho like to commend Dino Belotti of Vista BMW’s service dept. for the exceptional “above and beyond” care he has provided my vehicles and family throughout the years. Dino has bent over backward for me so many times I have lost count. He helped my wife out of numerous pinches (even outside his normal job description). One time he even stayed three hours into the start of his vacation just to make sure my needs were completely satisfied. Dino is just like family and is a large part of why we have remained BMW brand loyal for over 12 years. Thanks goes out to Vista BMW for employing Dino; exceptional is an understatement!! Jeff M.
