The car, a 2019 model sold to me well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership. The car, a 2019 model sold to me less than two weeks ago, has already presented significant issues, including brake problems and the activation of the check engine light. I understand that the vehicle was sold “as is,” as stated in the documentation I signed. However, I believe it is reasonable to expect that a vehicle sold by a reputable dealership should be in safe and reliable working condition at the time of delivery, especially within such a short period after purchase. I attempted to reach out for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory response. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that your service department review my case and provide a reasonable solution.
