I only came back to this dealership this time because of Jason. The pickup process with the finance area was incredibly great. Isis Rodriquez went through everything completely and clearly. No pushing add-ons - ‘arm twisting’. I’ve always dreaded this part of the pickup process, but not this time. It really was terrific. My only issue is with a 2nd key fob that was not provided. I’m not totally clear why i don’t have it and what the delay is in getting that to me. You can’t setup a digital key on your phone unless you have both key fobs. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. They performed a video of the technician which cot over $300 and I was never told about it. I had to change 3 tires, I agree, oil change, alignment. They performed a video of the technician which cot over $300 and I was never told about it. I had to change 3 tires, I agree, oil change, I agree, inner tie rods at 23000 miles, kind of strange. all totalled over $3000. Service advisor told me after I showed him I had an email that I would receive 15% discount on my service and no charge on alignment since it comes with the change of the inner tie rods. I've been disputing this sicne March 2026 and I can tell you, service and etc... I would never go back or recommend all my friends down in Florida not to go there. More
