Valet people need help, when I arrived the woman valet atendant took my information told me to sit down inside and ended up outing my paper on a desk of a person who wasn’t even there that day. Service was fine. Steven Cohen is a good customer agent. No issues with either. However there was a $48 charge added for shop supplies. Hard to believe, when the parts list had everything down to $1.93 for acetone. This charge was clearly a xxxxxxxx revenue enhancement fee. Lost a seven year customer who bought three cars here over $48. Saw that Morgan was listed on problem dealerships today. Does not surprise me. I will be going elsewhere. More
Service department sent us to the genius and then the genius sent us back to the service department because the genius couldn’t figure out the issue. The process to drop off and pick up is quick and easy. More
