Customer care not up to par with Vista. Your services are focused on selling additional services or recommending them even though they’re not necessary at that time. Customer request for customer service is indirect with your phone system and never prompt or returned calls. Would Vista if I call and the car wasn’t answered they knew it was from me and as soon as I saw that they would call me and asked me what I need. Only Services we will be using at your facility is for warranty services only. All the repairs and maintenance for my two BMW’s will be done at other facilities from this point on. I hope this new company improves the services to be able to retain some of the customers because the complaints are not coming just for me. More
