I was greeted by a very friendly & professional attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. Clarence was busy with another customer, but it didn't take attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. I had some business to attend to, so I was very pleased to be able to go about my day. It didn't take long for the repair to be completed.
