I had an outstanding first experience at BMW Coconut Creek! I was in the market for a new MINI since my previous lease was coming to an end, and Raj took great care of us from the very beginning. I’ve never worked with someone who was so transparent and honest—not only about the different MINI models we looked at, but also about the financial options available for each one. I truly appreciated his guidance throughout the process. Rodney in Finance was fantastic! He was probably the most personable and friendly finance professional I’ve ever worked with, and he made the paperwork process enjoyable and stress-free.
