Armen was excellent from start to finish. I initially was dealing with another dealership and was getting the usual run around when I asked for their best OTD price. From the first phone call and subsequent visit, Armen provided a fair and competitive OTD. No back and forth trips to negotiate a better price with management,, We all know dealerships have to make a profit but they can do and still give us a decent deal. As a 3 times BMW purchaser, this is what I expected and what I received from BMW Coconut Creek. By the way vi had to travel over an hour to get to this dealership and it was well worth it. My local BMW dealership should take a few lessons from them. By the way Mr. Lamar Love, the Financing agent was phenomenal as well. More
