Good experience, it could be great if I haven't been pushed by the finance manager to buy a maintenance package, he made me believe my finance approved rate could be lower if I took the maintenance pack pushed by the finance manager to buy a maintenance package, he made me believe my finance approved rate could be lower if I took the maintenance package, which was not true. On the other side Igor has been great and gave me an excellent service, they were flexible in the negotiation and honored the price announced on AutoTrader. Great service overall, a little bitter at the end by the strategy of the finance manager to push this extra service. More
