I need to replace my tires. I called to make the appointment they asked for the tire size I made the appointment for couple of days after came to the place. They didn’t have it I called to make the appointment they asked for the tire size I made the appointment for couple of days after came to the place. They didn’t have it in stock. They told me to come back at 5 pm I called at 4 PM to find out if they received the tires. The woman said you’re gonna call me back in 20 minutes to verify she never called me back when I got the next day. They said it’s gonna take an hour and a half it took three hours. All in full service was bad very disappointing. More

The experience was absolutely terrible. Though my car was due for service, I specifically told them my brakes were screaching and it's been doing it for months and wanted them to take a loo Though my car was due for service, I specifically told them my brakes were screaching and it's been doing it for months and wanted them to take a look at it. The individual that helped me (or lack thereof), Rodrigo Barros was absolutely dismissive, rude and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. His response was "all bmw brakes squeak and you just have to live with it". He told me that the manufacturer wouldn't waste their time or provide brake replacement because the "technician" looked at it, and it's fine. Needless to say, I took it to the Fort Lauderdale location where I bought the video and they actually took the wheels off and said the brake pads were in dire need to be replaced and rotor resurfaced. Coconut Creek did an absolute horrible job and I will never return or recommend anybody get their car serviced there. More
