Andrew the service manager is attentive, however 2 cars were in the shop for 3 weeks each. When we picked up our 228 it had been smoked in. I’ve been bringing my BMWs to your location for service for about 20 years, and I have to say that the level of service has declined significantly lately. For this recent appointment, I was specifically for about 20 years, and I have to say that the level of service has declined significantly lately. For this recent appointment, I was specifically promised a loaner vehicle when I scheduled the service. However, when I dropped off my car, no one seemed to know anything about it. To avoid losing even more time by scheduling a new appointment, I agreed to be dropped off and later picked up by Lyft instead, which messed up my day. Unfortunately, when I called for my return ride, I had to make five separate calls to different people over a 2 hours span, before it became clear that no Lyft would pick me up that day. As a result, I was left without a car and had to wait until the next day. This was completely unacceptable. If a loaner vehicle is promised to a customer, one should be reserved and available at the time of drop-off. More
