BMW Service Review My experience with the service at BMW was good in terms of the attention and customer service I received. The staff was professional, courteous, and made an effort to resolve the Appl BMW was good in terms of the attention and customer service I received. The staff was professional, courteous, and made an effort to resolve the Apple CarPlay issue with my vehicle. However, after the software update, the problem appeared to be fixed initially, but the following day Apple CarPlay disconnected again. Unfortunately, this means the issue was not completely resolved. I appreciate the assistance I received and hope that during my next visit BMW will be able to identify the root cause of the problem and provide a permanent solution. More

Horrible, Brand New M5, almost 2 months in shop, car was returned filthy. I have purchased over 4 cars from this dealership and might not buy another BMW to have a brand new 140k car in shop for over a was returned filthy.
