Dear [Dealership Manager], I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your dealership, as I believe it highlights both positive and concerning aspects that deserve your attention. About five weeks ago, my girlfriend and I visited your dealership with the intention of eventually purchasing another Mini Cooper S Convertible. During that visit, we worked with David Aroyo. I did not initially disclose that I already owned a Mini or planned to trade one in. David was professional, respectful, and very helpful in walking us through both pre-owned and new options. We test drove a 2026 Mini S Convertible, which I loved, and my girlfriend was equally impressed—not only with the vehicle but with David as well. At that time, I made it clear to David that I was not planning to purchase immediately and that when I was ready, I would contact him directly. I specifically asked not to be contacted, as I preferred to return and work with him when the time came. However, just five days later, I received an unsolicited call from another salesperson at your dealership attempting to sell me a vehicle. I informed her that I was already working with David and reiterated my request not to be contacted further. She did not call me again. Fast forward to last week, when I reached out to David as promised. I asked him to send me available inventory, and he provided information on one pre-owned 2025 model and a new 2026 blue Mini. After reviewing the options, I decided on the blue 2026 model. We discussed pricing, reached a general agreement, and I then informed him that I would be trading in my current vehicle and shared my expectations for its value. This all took place on Friday, and I confirmed that I would be at the dealership Saturday morning to complete the purchase. Came in on Saturday, and everything worked out well.
