My service advisor was quick and had the job done. She deserves 5 star. The problem I had was this is my only day off and they don't have loners anymore, but that's fine. I understand the cost. My husband and I both had appointments at 10:30 and 10:50 effectively. We waited almost an hour and we didn’t even meet with our assigned service provider. Another person checked us in. While my car was done by 5:00 pm, my husband’s car was one almost an hour later. 7 and a half hours was quite extensive for an oil change and simple scheduled maintenance. More
