I brought my 2020 X5 in for an AC cooling issue, and the evaporator was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, right after pickup, the AC compressor failed (knocking noise and smoke within a minute of driv evaporator was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, right after pickup, the AC compressor failed (knocking noise and smoke within a minute of driving), requiring a second, larger repair. Communication during this process was slow — it took multiple follow-ups and eventually involving BMW Customer Relations to get clarity on the cause and coverage. Once BMW Customer Relations got involved, the dealership did move forward and covered the additional repair under a goodwill/loyalty program, which I appreciated. The final outcome was fair, but I'd encourage the service team to communicate more proactively and provide clearer explanations when unexpected issues come up after a repair, rather than requiring escalation to get answers. I. Do not recommend this dealership. I recently bought an 3. I was never told what kind of tires were on this car. All my other X3s had run flats. Apparently this car has special tires. My car had to be towed to a dealer, not coconut creek (to far from me) I had to wait 2 days for my car. Apparently most dealerships do not carry this tire. If the type of tires were discussed with me when I purchased the car I may have paid more money for a different tire. I was never given that option. I have emailed via their this dealership website, I have called several times, i have chatted with their chat person, I have had two operators say they would personally hand the manger my name and number. It has been 5 days. I have not heard from anyone. I am extremely frustrated. I do not recommend this dealership. They have terrible customer service. More
