Scheduled a 6:30am appointment a few days prior. Dropped my car & keys off the evening before. Notified by text that my car won’t be taken into the shop for another 24hrs! I don’t understand the point of an appointment if your car has to sit until the next day! If you cannot look at my car notify me prior to drop so that I can make other arrangements!
