I brought my car in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. They performed a video of the technician which cot over $300 and I was never told about it. I had to change 3 tires, I agree, oil change, alignment. They performed a video of the technician which cot over $300 and I was never told about it. I had to change 3 tires, I agree, oil change, I agree, inner tie rods at 23000 miles, kind of strange. all totalled over $3000. Service advisor told me after I showed him I had an email that I would receive 15% discount on my service and no charge on alignment since it comes with the change of the inner tie rods. I've been disputing this sicne March 2026 and I can tell you, service and etc... I would never go back or recommend all my friends down in Florida not to go there. More

It was very seamless experience they took the car gave me a loaner and in less than 48 hours I had my car back with no issues whatsoever. Our 2025 BMW went in for service that was supposed to take two hours. It took four days. My real complaint is that our service advisor would not communicate with us. Not only was there no proactive commu take two hours. It took four days. My real complaint is that our service advisor would not communicate with us. Not only was there no proactive communication advising the status of the repairs, our advisor failed to respond to multiple outreaches we made to him. We finally reached a manager who blamed BMW and didn't grasp that his team's failure to communicate was the problem. I guess that explains the poor service we received from our service advisor. More
