Other than a really great salesperson and finance person avoid this place ! I’ve owned my car about two months. It’s been there over a month on and off for CPO work they missed when doing CPO. I asked to speak with managers. No one followed up. My car came back from service with my black rims scratched up. I can attach the pics. Leather lifted. They took it back to fix it. The car came back with keys that no longer were connected to the car. They asked to bring it in on a Saturday so a “genius “ could fix it. Two geniuses couldn’t. But based off my own research I knew it was a service issue with a setting. Instead of offering a loaner and keeping the car they asked to make another appointment. We left and will take our business to another BMW for service. I’ve had two car payments and maybe driven the car 2 weeks ? I’ve never worked with a dealership with service and management so disorganized. If I could leave the car with the keys and have them keep it so I can start over fresh I would. It’s a beautiful car but they tainted the excitement of a this new car for me. I’ve not gotten to enjoy it when something is always wrong or I keep finding simple things that should have been found during CPO. My last car was a CPO Mercedes AMG and they don’t miss a beat. Their service is so much better with constant text updates. So you have been made aware. More
