Eric my salesman was great when I had an issue he made sure everything was taken care of. My only issue I had was the marking up the price of the car. Had alpena for 6 weeks- after one month had to physically go back to dealership and prove that the air condition was not working properly with my own gauge and get head of service involved. Secon physically go back to dealership and prove that the air condition was not working properly with my own gauge and get head of service involved. Second time same issue - deters us from getting another bmw! More
