Worst service ever! !! I have been BMW owner of new BMW’s for a really long time Were I had a 335 (2007), 750iL (2008), went back to the brand for a M4 convertible (20 !! I have been BMW owner of new BMW’s for a really long time Were I had a 335 (2007), 750iL (2008), went back to the brand for a M4 convertible (2020), X6M competition (2021), X3 M40 (2022), XM (2023) & i7 x60M 2024 Was planning to get on the follow months another of the Top of the line M Cars At my near lease end of my XM 2023 I had the employee stating that because I had a 45,000 miles lease and it was with just 29,000 miles with 3 months to end the lease they would want my car and I asked 4 separate times if that was any extra payment to be maid and if it was I would just go for the end of the lease until the 36 complete months and they confirmed several times (with service advisor employee as witness) that I would just have to pay the $500 dispose on fee and a $45p wear and tear for one of the back tires. I asked if I could pay at the moment and they said that I had to wait until BMW financial services to send me the $950 bill so I could complete the payment. The electronic receipt of the transaction never arrived. They said I would receive it on my email (never received) Find out on the Mail that I was been charged $7,105.16 with the last 3 payments of the car. I went to Vista BMW and they said that I didn’t now how to read a contract Things escalated and the Manager that didn’t want to say his name in white shirt around around 5’ 11” and bald hair said with words threatening and harassing BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BUSINESS, BECAUSE SOMETHING COULD HAPPEN WITH IT! I asked to have my car back and complete the payments and they just LIED flat out saying that the car it has been sold for weeks. Went to MY BMW APP and saw the car was in the same position on the LoT were I have left on July 21st and still there until today September 11th wand I do still have access to the car surround camera until today. I call BMW financial about the situation and they said I had to deal with the dealer, the dealer said that it my problem that I didn’t know how to read a contract and was a dumb person to have signed and trusted something without get copies (AMAZING). I escalated to BMW. Kieth America with ema formal complaint about the Vista Coconut Creek BMW and their answer after couple days was that it was a negotiation between myself and the dealer All parties excused themselves And didn’t even flinch to a client that spent just on the last 6 years over $600k in BMW Cars and I was going to purchase another one on the upcoming months but with this kind of service and considerations and total lack of quality and service the Brand juts lost me as a client. To add to the harassment, disrespect, bad faith dealing and flat out lies about the status been sold was still at the dealer, during the whole dealer scenario one employee asked me were I was originally from, I said that was from Brazil (I have dual US/Brazilian citizenship) tried to speak with some broken Portuguese and I asked over and over during more than an hour that my preferred language was English and he didn’t want to the surrounding clients find out about what they have done so the actual employee didn’t what to speak with me in English he was actually the only one at the dealer that could speak Portuguese and I asked many times to keep up the co vest Raton in English so I would not have to repeat my self over and over like I had to end up doing it At some point I had 5 employees 3 supposed Managers of the dealer making a half circle between myself and my wife: During this whole process I suffered race discrimination, harassed, threatened, and lied about the car been sold. Now the next step would be to start a racial discrimination, harassment Law Suit and Misrepresentation against the Dealer VISTA BMW of Coconut Creek and BMW of North America. The BMW financial account number is # 4004341088 VIN of the white BMW XM 2023 5YM23CS02P9S449881 So the BMW Brand just lost one of their Loyal customers because of $6,200 and racial discrimination… More
