The reason why I brought my car in was for a recall that was emailed to me for engine starter. It stated that I bring it in asap. I made an appointment online and when I got there they didn’t see that I h was emailed to me for engine starter. It stated that I bring it in asap. I made an appointment online and when I got there they didn’t see that I had an appointment. They took me anyway to do the recall. I received another email asking me to do a complimentary appraisal while my car was still in service so I accepted. My advisor called me but I was working so he left a voicemail that my car was ready. I called him back and left him a voicemail that I would pick it up about 5:30. When I got to the service department, they said the cashier was closed. The person at the reception desk took my name, then came back and told me to stand outside for my car. After about 20 minutes, I asked one of the valet where is my car and he asked me where is my paperwork? I told him what the girl at the desk said and he said no, I need to go back inside and get paperwork. When I went back inside another person at the desk said my advisor was gone but I need to see another advisor. I sat with another advisor who got my paperwork and told me nothing was done to my car because they didn’t have the recall part yet and he had other people coming in for the same thing that they told would have to come back for the recall when they get the parts. So that was a complete waste of my time! Why didn’t they tell me that in the first place? I went back outside with my paperwork to get my car. No one could find my car! The valet came back after looking and said he would look in sales. He came back but they couldn’t find my car. He told me this happened before and the customer had to come back the next day to find their car. I was so frustrated. He kept searching for my car. Then, a salesman came outside to ask me to step back into his office to talk about trading my car for a new car. I was furious! I told him I want my car now and I want to go home! No one could find my car! He went back inside to help them look for it. The service manager then came outside because he was going home and I asked him, am I going to be stranded here? No one can find my car. He went back inside to help look for it. He said if they don’t find it he would send me home with a car so I would not have to wait any longer. I told him I want my car. Finally they came back to me and found my car but couldn’t find the keys! They proceeded to take the entire basket of keys to try and find the keys. They finally found the right keys. Someone mislabeled them. More
