Where to begin. First I had an 8 o’clock appointment and it was not seen until 830 or shortly thereafter. Then my oil changed took far too long. I waited for my car, not thinking it was going to be an ordeal till 11 AM. Then the valet or somebody lost or stole my keychain. A keychain that cannot be purchased separately. It comes with a backpack. Mr. Lucia stated that he would have the backpack procured and sent to me. That was over a week ago. I followed up today and I have not heard anything from him so I feel like I have been car salesmand. That’s a process where a salesman promises you something and then does not follow through with it.
