I found Peter to be approachable, amicable, and very patient with a myriad of questions I asked. He was both excited and proud to represent both BMW and BMW Concord. Peter was proficient in his knowledge about the various models, and was easily able to show me the important details of the car I bought. The negotiation process was fair and equitable. The car was given to me in perfect condition, and Peter took care to make sure I understood all of the intricacies of my car.
