LaMar lied to me about a car's options to get me visit the dealership. I made it very clear what I was looking for and not to waste my time with anything else. Went in to test an M series vehicle, we were told there were non available. No problem, we'll just look around anyway. We found a used M coupe in the back, went back inside and that's when the attitude sta were non available. No problem, we'll just look around anyway. I went in to purchase a Certified 5 Series from Concord BMW. I spoke to the sales man and drove an hour and half to take a look at the car. I was made to wait for 45 mins before I went out for the test drive of a mile and was asked to return back to the dealership since there was another customer waiting. I decided to buy the car at their asking price and started filling the paperwork. I had noticed that there were couple of scratches on the car which I wanted to the dealer to take care of. After some back and forth of the sales guy with his manager I was told that they had sold the car to the other waiting customer. This was totally unethical and unprofessional. I was told that they sold the car to the other person since I was trying to negotiate on the scratches!. Amazing. I will never step into that dealership again. More

I enjoyed working with JT. We went in a few weeks earlier, not quite ready to purchase. We exchanged contact information and JT said to call him when we were ready. I can now agree with him- everything was explained completely to me by JT experiance so I decided to take his advise and go with him to Concord BMW. In January 2010 I purchased a 2008 528i with 16,000 miles with manual transmission. The car had almost 2 years left of the manufacture warranty and it was certified. I was looking for a 5 series, manual tran with manual transmission. The car had almost 2 years left of the manufacture warranty and it was certified. I was looking for a 5 series, manual transmission and low mileage and I was happy to find the car I wanted. Overall the car overall was fine, but after 4 months I started to have problems with the battery, every 2 weeks the battery was almost dead. I talked several time with the sales person Mr. Bias about replacing the battery and I got no help. Finally in December 2010 I purchased a new battery. BMW of North America refused to pay for the new battery I was forced to buy in order to replace the defective battery under warranty. I sent a copy of the purchase receipt to BMW Concord with the request of a refund for an item which was under warranty. As I expected BMW Concord didn't even bother to reply to my request. I live in Santa Monica, CA and I was ready to travel 400 miles to buy a new car from this dealership but I won't, obviously they have no idea how to keep customers happy. I have driven BMWs for many years, and I have to say that on paper BMW advertises their cars warranty as the best warranty on earth, but as soon as anyone needs them to pay for something under warranty ARROGANTLY they turn the other way including BMW Concord.Glad I found a great dealership in Southern California which value their customers, it's Center BMW in Sherman Oaks, CA. More
