Generally pleased with service however this visit was exception. Made appointment for oil change and service for backup camera. When I got to the dealership there was no one that could perform that repai exception. Made appointment for oil change and service for backup camera. After oil change and rotation heard a noise returned the vehicle and discovered they had forgot to tighten lug nuts on front tire no point that wheel nearly fell off as I pulled back into garage to point where had I driven off it would have caused major damage to vehicle. Hoping this will be exception but I will check work in the future before leaving More

Everyone at this dealership is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy interacting with everyone there. The prices on service needed to maintain my vehicle are extremely reasonable,and they send me coupons I always enjoy interacting with everyone there. The TV is always very loud and is not conducive to reading or even listening to audiobooks on my phone because it is so loud. There are no tables upon which to place a cup of coffee, a soda or some water. The chairs are not comfortable for anyone who doesn't have long legs. I have back issues and I can't sit in these chairs at all comfortably fir the 60 to 90 minutes the service appointment takes due to lack of any kind of back support. My feet don't even touch the floor if I keep my back against the back of the chairs. Women-friendly chairs would be appreciated, thanks! More
