Update: axelrod called me and found an error had been made when giving me my original quote, so they were refunding me the difference. It is nice that they noticed the problem and rectified it by calling made when giving me my original quote, so they were refunding me the difference. They start to fix it, to only realize they are missing parts. So they stop and I have to come back after the parts come in. They quote me $190. Three days later, I realize my my steering wheel is now off. I call to notify them and see if the parts were in as they never called to reschedule my appointment. When I get there they then say it’s $220 now and the front is included in that, as both need to be done at the same time? I don’t say anything about the change in price as maybe it’s a fee? When they finish it’s now $260. I ask to clarify why it’s $70 more than originally quoted and they proceed to say they must have left out parts and labor fee from the quote. I don’t understand how that would not be included in a quote. It’s frustrating being told one thing and it not be accurate. More
