I did previously write a review about Axelrod and my experience with repairing my old Chevrolet. I was quoted 840 dollars which I did approve. But when my car was finished the cost was $1400. But they did give a discount of $200 so the bill was $ 1200. So now to be fair I will tell you how this problem was resolved. The very next day after the review Axelrod called apologized and gave me a refund of $340. So Axelrod did the right thing and I thank them for that. Axelrod seemed to do good work fixing my fuel sensor because my engine light is now off but I wouldn't really know until I get my e check done but I need to drive the car around for about a month before I get the test done. Happy traveling to everyone. More

Made a service appt 2 weeks in advance to have diagnostics done. Brought car in at 8:30am. Called at 2:30pm and was told it had not even been looked at and that they werent going to get to it. My husband re-arranged his work schedule to help me drop off my vehicle and pick it back up. Noone called to tell me that I likely wasn't going to get my car back that day or to update me. The gentleman from the service department did call me later on to give me some rough estimates for the problems we have been having with this vehicle. More
