We were researching a Chevy Equinox and had already visited a dealer. After leaving a few messages and no return calls, I started a new search. I researched for safe/best buy for the money SUVs and f visited a dealer. After leaving a few messages and no return calls, I started a new search. I researched for safe/best buy for the money SUVs and found the Terrain and after reading great reviews started looking for one. I found our Terrain online where Steve and I started chatting. We went to the dealership and Steve met us outside as soon as we drove in. We took a test drive where Steve pointed out uses for the different buttons and such. We sat down to begin the buying process where I reminded him of how I wanted the process to go. I warned him I would take no BS and wanted bottom line the first time he visited the manager or I would walk. Steve took me at my word and after leaving only once to speak to the boss came back with an offer in the price range I had configured but not shared with him. Steve was great to work with and very informative. We would highly recommend him in a flash to anyone. More

After getting great service from Bigelow Chevrolet, I wasn't sure what to expect from another dealer. Tom Jursek and Axelrod GMC exceeded my expectations. My search included cities such as Washington DC, Baltimore, Harrisburg(PA), Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Columbus with a very large search radius. Axelrod Buick had the exact car I was looking for with a very low price tag compared to other dealerships. Angela Adams was very courteous and helpful as I went through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Another employee even showed me an application for my cell phone called MyBuick which allowed my to access Buick information right on my phone. My trip from Pittsburgh to Axelrod in Cleveland to purchase the Lacrosse went very smoothly. The Lacrosse is a "looker" of a car and was well worth the drive out of state. I would definitely recommend Axelrod Buick. More
