I visited Axelrod to check out a used Cavalier that they had listed on AutoTrader. While looking at the car on the lot Steve Cseke introduced himself, asked if I had any questions and gave me plenty of tim had listed on AutoTrader. There were a couple of minor issues after test driving the car and Steve had them taken care of when I came back to test drive the car a second time. I gave the high rating because my TOTAL experience at Axelrod was AWESOME!!!! I called Steve Cseke because I was looking for a Chevy Avalanche and Axelrod had one on the website with pictures. When I got there Steve had the the vehicle washed and and cleaned up good. I looked in and said "oh wow I dont think this is the car for me." Steve said "well we have another one that just came in, why dont you check it out." I thought ok I might as well since I am here. When we got to the detail department I looked at the truck and thought now this is what I am talking about. I think it was close to closing time and I was telling Steve about my credit situation and he said "well let's run an application by the banks and see what happens." Well a few banks came back and said they would love to buy my loan! I was like SWEET!!! So I got the vehicle for the price and mileage I wanted and could not be happier. Steve showed his indepth knowledge of a car buying experience and made the process painless as well as satisfying. Overall I think I spent less then two hours for the whole process.
