I can't say enough good things about Axelrod Buick and the salesperson, Angela Adams, who worked with my wife and me when we bought our Honda Odyssey. We live near Detroit, and found the car on AutoTrader, and called the dealership in Cleveland. Angela was extremely helpful in getting us a good price, and was also unfailingly friendly and pleasant. When we drove to Cleveland (3 hours) to make the purchase, Angela was even nicer in person. The deaslership was clean and welcoming also. When we got there, Angela told us she'd discovered that the battery in the car we wanted was dead, so she had personally ordewred a new one (at no charge) and was having the sdervice department install it. Doing the paperwork was painless and as pleasant as that kind of thing can be. We drove away with our Honda feeling happy and glad we'd made the trip. Epilogue: The next morning, back in Detroit, Angela called us to say we'd left our driver licenses at the dealership! Oops. She offered to have them sent by overnight UPS. We decided to just get replacements thast same day, but the fact that she offered to do this says a lot about her asnd the dealership.
