Tried to send me home with a bad water pump, had to bring the car back to get a new one put in. The second time in they crashed it and had to send it to a collision center. They needed the car for 2+ weeks. the car back to get a new one put in. The second time in they crashed it and had to send it to a collision center. They needed the car for 2+ weeks. The hood sits way off on one side now. It looks like it’s been in an accident. Brought it in for an oil change and the guy that was in as a service advisor on Saturday morning 11/12 was extremely rude. I will say, Tim Kubow was awesome. Very helpful. Anyways, I’ve asked 3 different people in the service department, 5 different times to email me my invoices/receipts, and I still have not received them. Hopefully this review will finally get all of my receipts/invoices over to me because everytime I pick up my car they say, “I’ll email you your receipts” and then never do. At this point I’m nervous they’re hiding something from me and don’t want me to see it on the receipt. More
