Women who scheduled appointment, first said I didn't have to come in for my wiper recall unless I was having a problem. I had an appointment but wasn’t actually seen until 1 1/2 hours later. It took an additional hour to have a 30 minute job completed. The waiting room was full of other customers who were also waiting for exc hours later. It took an additional hour to have a 30 minute job completed. every aspect of service was top notch: scheduling , then calling to reschedule, service writer & rep at xx out window— ALL SUPER FRIENDLY!
