Great Service, Car and Transaction! After having a bad experience with one of the dealerships locally, I found the exact car I was looking for at Axelrod. After agreeing to the price and the value of my trade with Steve, I made the three plus hour drive from Buffalo, NY to get the car. When I arrived the car was out front and Steve came out to greet me. The car was in even better condition than he had said on the phone and in the pictures! Within an hour and a half I had the car and was ready to return home. I had completed the financing and some other paperwork online and they were all prepared and ready for me. Steve gave me great service and price on the car, and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there from financing to Safiyyah helping me set up my phone and on-star, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was by far the best vehicle purchase I have ever had.
